Kathleen's prior experience includes advertising and real estate development. This hands- on knowledge of home construction/development and the negotiations, organizational and marketing skills that go with it are invaluable tools in the real estate industry. Lisa's prior experience was in commercial and residential leasing. She has a passion for interior design, and architecture, and enjoys sharing her ideas and resources with their clients.
For sellers, Lisa and Kathleen share duties and accelerate the schedule simply by completing more tasks in less time. A significant part of their listing strategy involves preparing homes for the market with a range of suggestions including improvements that result in a higher sales price. When they have several listings at once they are still able to personally hold the broker's and Sunday open houses. They truly can be in two places at one time and often are.
